Chino Planning Commission has approved the development plan unanimously and we are now submitting the final drawings for the building department approval.   Below are images of the architectural renderings.

The city planning department has approved our conceptual plans. Currently our design/build team is finalizing the development drawings and seeking bids from various sub contractors. Hangar owners will be informed of new developments as construction progresses. 

Chino Development Group, LLC has been granted a long term ground lease to construct an executive hangar complex.  The hangars will be built in the north east portion of the airport adjacent to the BP fuel island.
